DuMol 25th Anniversary Magnum Label

DuMOL, a luxury winemaker in Sonoma, California is celebrating 25 years of winemaking. In effort to produce a signature magnum with a commemorative label, they collaborated with Craig Frazier to design something both appropriate and unique. DuMOL’s identity, designed by Frazier, is a crest featuring a thistle which are common to the Sonoma coast and Scotland—the home of their winemaker Andy Smith. In homage to DuMOL’s identity, the central image of the 25th identity is a pen and ink drawing of a thistle that is colored with a spectrum of colors intertwined with a hand-lettered spencerian 25. Nothing conveys authenticity, elegance and beauty like the tradition of hand drawing and hand-lettering. The beautiful, four color printing and registered emboss is timeless and brings the label to another level.
