This large-format real estate presentation book was created to showcase a new high-end East Village offering. Offset printed 6 over 6 with two PMS colors, the softly textured felt finish takes a hit of gold foil to bring depth to the building’s identity. The finished product was a substantial book that illuminated all of the amenities the property has to offer with subtle tactile signals.
