When asked what inspired Jay Fleck to combine a transit map and a hot dog to represent Chicago he told us, "Public transportation is an essential and vital part of the city, and the Chicago-style hot dog is the quintessential Chicago food... with a very specific set of ingredients that every true Chicagoan knows. Somehow combining the two was the first concept that came to mind. It was actually quite challenging to execute in a way that looked like both!"
